Treebo The Royal Taj, Near Taj Mahal

only the food we ordered there was fine, everything except that including the staff and the facilities and basic amenities provided were very bad.

the unhygienic environment especially the pool area, the pool water was literally dirty and when we asked them to clean it, they made excuses, lied to us for like four to five times, it was really a disappointing experience, i would never like to stay there. even the rooms were so dirty, the washroom was v bad, the extra matress they provided was also v bad. no extra pillows were provided, no water bottles and towels were given to us as well.

Nothing was good...mosquito was there...disturb our sleep

Staff behaviour was so nice and helpful. Inside food quality was so nice, it’s really great. Clean. Overall it’s good.

Geyser was not available in bathroom. Exhausted fan was not work in bathroom.

It was not at all how it looks in the photos. It was a nightmare. I am travelling for work and until 12:40 there was so much noise in the lobby that I couldn't think of sleeping. Once it was over the next day it started being very noisy at five o'clock in the morning. In the elevator they have very disgusting and annoying music which reaches inside the b droom also and doesn't stop even during night hours. Hot water is not available at all. I entered the hotel and found out that there is only cold water. When I asked the staff they gave me a hot water rod. How do I take a bath with it ? It took about 15 min to boil water in one bucket and I have no idea how one is supposed to take a bath in that. There is no ownership of unprofessionalism.Ultimately I had to check out in the middle of the night and shift to another hotel so that I can sleep for bare minimum hours. They had no idea who got my laundry. So when I checked out I was waiting about half an hour for the laundry. It was a bad experience.

We reached Treebo Hotel Royal Taj at around 7:20 pm. They made us to wait for half an hour outside the hotel and transferred us to another hotel Hotel O Royal Empire.They said every arrangement would be there. We checked in at around 8:30 pm after a total wait of 1 hr 10 min.No complementary bottled water was provided.No arrangement of food or tea was there in the hotel.No breakfast was provided in the hotel, instead we were asked to check out and go back to Treebo Royal Taj for the breakfast.Not expected by Treebo group of hotels.Also the price I paid was for Treebo Hotel Taj and got to know that the price of Hotel Royal Empire is much lesser.

I like the location

The room was so small, there was a smell in the room, the card key wasn't working, towels were not clean, They didn't have the control of the AC to slow it down, They provided Shampoo sashes instead of Treebo amenities. Overall it was a very bad experience.

very bad rooms. Not recommended to stay.

Rooms were not clean with floor having lots of dirt. Every corner/table/TV were full of dust. Flush were not working. Not adequate lights in the room. Breakfast had only 3 options. Even a staple Bread-omellete was not part of the breakfast menu. It took hotel 1 hour to serve the breakfast after giving order.

Good experience, hotel room are cleaned and staff was genuine and very helpful.

No warm water they gave us an emmersion rod to warm the water , no iron available, no hair dryer, no room heater despite this cold Specially no gyser for warm water was a shock

FOOD QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD.ALOTS OF COCROCHES and baby mouse's inside the room.

Hotel staff was generous and looked in most of the complaints, even though they were not able to solve the same.

1. Geyser was not working. After checking with hotel staff, they said that hot water was provided only between 6.00 am till 8.30 pm. They gave us a heating rod instead, which wad quite dangerous to operate.2. Hotel name is not Treebo, The Royal Taj. It is a mediocre hotel, which treebo has taken franchise. Its actual name is Pearl Blue Hotel.3. Breakfast was not adequate. The restaurant was not functioning at the time we arrived. Egg was not complimentary. We were charged 80 INR for just two eggs.4. Hotel floor was too dirty. It seems it was not cleaned for ages.5. There was no tea or coffee cups in the room. It didn't even came after request.6. Electric kettle was also not present. It came finally aftet repeated request.7. Car parking was not inside hotel premises. I was told that I have to park it in the open road.8. This is not a standard hotel at all. Treebo should have investigated some aspects, before lending its brand name.9. Not value for money hotel. Entirely disappointed.However, hotel staff was generous and listened to our complaints, even though they weren't able to solve the same.

Cockroaches? , mosquitoes ?, dirty tap water (even after throwing 7 buckets at midnight), limited hot water, spots in bed sheets and pillows, stains on toilet covers, the list is never ending....
